God can't use egomaniacs and eccentric wanna-be's. He is looking for artists who are servants, who look at what they do as a service. I think there is a coming backlash for indie artists, and that is people will automatically tune them out, not even investigate if they are any good, and look at the artist as a sort of 'musical prostitute," willing to do whatever it takes to get their ego fix. I know I am hard on artists, but if things are going to truly change, artists need to change their motives and refine their missions.
